Since opening our doors in 1992, we have been dedicated to providing visitors with an authentic and memorable experience. We always wanted to improve our services and be as close to perfection as possible.

In 2021, Villa Helvetia went through a complete restoration process and we are happy to be able to welcome our guests to a place that reflects a harmonious melange between the elegance of Swiss design and Romanian charm. So, we invite you to step into a house full of flowers and many other welcoming plants. You will also find original works by local artists, which you can admire to your heart’s content. We like to see it as a special world, where tradition and modernity coexist in balance!

When you leave the guesthouse you will be charmed by the captivating landscape of Târgu Mureș, a historic and special town in the heart of Transylvania. Just a few minutes away, if you walk through the charming streets, you will discover the Palace of Culture, one of the most representative buildings of the Belle Époque in the region, the Medieval Citadel, an oasis of relaxation in the city, the Cornești Plateau with the Zoo and the beautiful panorama over the city, and also restaurants that offer you the true culinary experience of the area, making Villa Helvetia the ideal starting point for exploring the city.
